Submission Terms

You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other information or materials regarding the Site or the 38th RD Democratic Committee, Sussex County, DE (the DelDems38 "we" or "us") that are provided by you in the form of email or other submissions to the DELDEMS38, or any postings on the Sites, are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of the DELDEMS38. The DELDEMS38 shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these materials for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

We welcome participation with our digital communication in all formats and encourage you to interact with us often and to comment about the content you find here.

We do not discriminate against any views, but administrators of DELDEMS38 do reserve the right to delete the following, or to block users who post or email the following:

Obscenity, nudity, defamation or hate speech (Speech that targets people or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other protected status)
Comments/posts that threaten to harm individuals, groups or organizations
Commercial advertisements or solicitations of funds
Endorsement or encouragement of illegal activities
Multiple off-topic posts or repetitive posts that are copied and pasted
Personal information including but not limited to e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, or identification numbers

In short: Be respectful. Be reflective. Add to the discussion, and help grow our community in constructive ways.
